Built by a family who needed it

The idea for tilsam was born in our home. In our family and the people close to us, we've seen how heavy school can get, everything from not getting started to worry and periods of staying home from school. We built it because we needed it ourselves.

The name & the mark

tilsam means together, but calmer

The school week shouldn't rest on a single person. tilsam means exactly that: the child, the adults and now also the teacher share the same picture and help each other. The two circles in the mark are that idea: two that overlap, and in the overlap it gets darker, denser, stronger.

tilsam reads what you write, suggests a plan and asks how it's going, always calm and never judging. The app never decides anything on its own.

Lower the temperature. Status, not judgement. Calm reminders and help with planning to reduce stress and worry.
Protect rest. Weekends and school breaks are rest days. No planning or pings during these times.
The goal is for the child to take over. The student practises planning with support, and the support can be faded out. A springboard to responsibility of their own.

Free right now, for real

We want families who need tilsam to be able to use it. That's why the app is free during early access: no hidden costs, no ads, and we never sell your data. If tilsam gets a price down the road, it will be clear and honest, never by turning your information into the product.
