We read every message ourselves and reply personally, usually within a day or two. Write in Swedish or English, whichever you prefer.
Where do I find the app?
tilsam is on the App Store and free: download tilsam – skolplanering. Found something that doesn't work, or does something feel harder than it should? Write to us, that's exactly what we want to hear this early on.
Common questions
Does tilsam cost anything? No, the app is free right now, and if that ever changes we'll say so in good time. We built tilsam first and foremost for ourselves, to get a bit of support in our own everyday life, and we're simply glad if it helps more people. No ads, and we never sell your data.
Who is the app for? It's built for students in years 7–9 (högstadiet) and their adults, but works well for more, just as well for upper secondary school, university, or yourself if you just want more structure in your everyday life.
How do I delete my account and my data? You do that yourself from inside the app, under Account. If you're the only adult left, the child's data is removed at the same time; if you share a child with another home, that plan lives on there. You can also ask us for a copy of your data at any time. I've forgotten my password. On the sign-in screen, choose to reset your password and you'll get an email to pick a new one. If it's playing up, write to us and we'll help you.
Where is our data stored? Within the EU, in data centres in Stockholm, and the AI runs in the EU too. We never collect diagnoses, personal identity numbers or grades. Read more in plain language or in the full privacy policy.
